Moving Fast

This guy who is huge by the way was furious in his fiber arts this morning.

He moved so fast I couldn't keep up with him when I was trying to take his picture with my phone.

I think people thought my crazy was showing because they couldn't see him. I heard one woman say "Ohhhh!" When she pulled up to the light by us.

Funny.

I saw a ginormous crow in the tree across the street from my office, but there was no way to get a proper photo of him with my phone.

It rained for the first time in months for a few hours last night and this morning. We all noticed.

Back to school night yesterday, today is PTSA. The Kid is getting home from soccer late again. I think we need to slow it down this weekend.

  1. Spiders are everywhere at the moment. I hate it when I am driving down the road and I notice one hanging onto the window or mirror for dear life. I always have to pull over and rescue it.

  2. I think spiders are so amazing, they come in so many different shapes, colors and sizes. I rescued a big hairy one once, she was on my lanai, when i got her in the tupperware container to get her outside about 500 babies popped off of her. So i actually rescued 500 spiders. I found her dead mate a few days later, he was toast.

  3. I cannot stand spiders of any size! In the Fall it is impossible to,walk outside without walking through spider silk as they drift on the breeze.

  5. Yep .....we have spiders too. There was an amazing web stuck between the mirror and door on Steve's car the other morning. It didn't break even when we went down the highway and high speed.

I don't know where the spider was ....hopefully hanging on for dear life. ;-)

Hope you have a relaxing weekend.

  6. Eekkk. I have arachnaphobia, but a healthy respect for spiders. Just because I don't like you doesn't mean you should be dead .... but MAN they give me the heebee jeebees!!!

  7. I hope you get your slower weekend:)
That is a big spider! We had a good sized one near our backdoor. She busied herself with a beautiful web and then she was gone. I just hope she didn't come in the house...

  8. I'm not happy with spiders around and usually spray them. That stops them--heehee.

The start of school is stressful. Hope your weekend is relaxing and you are ready for the week ahead. So glad to hear that you are an involved mom. So many these days aren't, and it makes all the difference!
